Pastor Brian continues our study of the parable of the prodigal son in Luke 15. In Jesus's story, the father behaves in an unexpected way. He excitedly welcomes back a son who had disrespected him and squandered his estate. God is not only glad to redeem us; He is the one who initiates our repentance. Do we respond in humility and gratitude? Or do we judge God and others because we're blinded by self-righteousness?
