We have been living this moment when we can question our beliefs and start to choose where we will work, for example. OK, It is not a standard thing for everyone. But, what do you think was the motivation for this changing paradigm in the industry?
Nowadays, we have a universe of courses, tips, books, videos, and everything to prepare you to be a successful person, an outstanding professional, and a good strategy for it to work. But at the same time, we have a much more anxious and emotionally sick world. And what do you think about this pressure for success, prestige, to follow in someone else's footsteps to reach the expected goal?
For this, we invited Erin Baker went beyond design, product, and technology. It was also about life. How to understand factors that can directly impact our emotions and how we are living. Thanks to her new book, Erin teases us with this insight about joy and a more profound sense of it. This is cool, Erin came from the world of technology, working in big companies, and with that, she understands very well the routine and the craziness that this industry puts on us.

The past year we decided to start this new project called Good Morning UX, an extension of another show called Bom Dia UX, with such special-international guests. Actually, we invited a lot of professionals who are references for us and that have so much history in our industry.
