Ok, so it's too late to be saying "Happy New Year!" so I'll cool it to a cursory -- and factually accurate -- "Here's the first edition of The Prog Files for 2023." As you come to terms with your diet, your new year resolutions and your post-Christmas credit card bills, spend an hour listening to some top quality prog rock. If nothing else, I suspect it's good for your mental health. Hey, and why not walk the dog while you're at it? Get 2023 off to a flying start, whydontcha? Boomshanka. (This is a very random podcast description.)
