I chat about recent challenges I've faced in building our house and building my business (firing people, splitting my focus) and how those challenges are forging me into a more confident creative entrepreneur.

To progress without losing perspective, it's important to begin any project with a clear vision, maintain a record of your progress, remember that you can accomplish a lot in five years, and talk to friends and family to realize how much you've changed.
