A few weeks ago there was a debate on the cardiovascular health outcomes of eating seed oil, which contains high levels of linoleic acid. The debate was 3.75 hours long and exhaustive but I was left with questions as I was still not clear. I invited one of the participants into my kitchen to discuss the debate and the science that he used to support his argument that seed oils are actually health positive.
