There's a Low Traffic Neighbourhood scheme proposed for the Barton Hill and St George areas in East Bristol, and it's proving quite controversial in the community. We hear from locals Rob and Tom who support the scheme - and in a future show very soon we'll be hearing from a local resident opposed to it.
