Megan Conti Mica, MD, a skilled hand and upper extremity surgeon and Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Chicago, joins AOA hosts Charles A. Goldfarb, MD, FAOA, and Alexander Aleem, MD to discuss the first few years in practice.
 
 Drawing from her experience, Dr. Conti Mica discusses:
