We currently live in a society that is quick to scream institutional racism. For some reason unknown to us...we continue to trust, support and at the same time ignore the actions of the Democratic party which started slavery, the police force and why they did so, and Jim Crow Laws that created institutional racism.

Tonya Smith is an African American woman living in Kentucky who owns and operates Gateway Vineyard &amp; Winery, and founder of Not Typical Women. Tonya, along with her friends raises the question - Is society really "woke", or are we using the term because it's trendy? Practically everyone is influenced by the media in every aspect of daily life, and it may feel as though we have lost focus on reality and living an idea.
