it can be emotionally, physically and mentally draining but the pruning process is a beautiful thing. God will sever things from your life that are bearing bitter fruit, not because he can but because he has to. In order for us to be more like him, it's better for some branches to be cut away.

This episode is another short one, and maybe that's the point. Because when God does some pruning he doesn't mess around, his a precise gardener who get's straight to work. Like ripping the band aid straight off.
