LaKethia was born and reared in Nacogdoches,TX, and later migrated to Houston, TX to gain experience in the medical field. LaKethia is a proud mother of 2 boys & a Gia (Grandma is Awesome). Her oldest Kobe Bryant proudly serves in the United States Army as an infantry soldier. Dallas Green, her youngest is a football player & avid  Celloist. 

She is a nurse of 20+ years, with nursing experience in various specialities. She used her knowledge and skills to become the owner, founder & CEO of Ja'Dals Total Body. She is  a radio personality on an  accredited award winning gospel radio station, Raise the Praise 100 Houston.  She is a spoken word minister of Christ known as Yielded.

She governs her life and businesses according to the principles of God. She  uses her radio shows  as well as positioning in the market place as an opportunity  to edify her Father who art in heaven. She is  a firm believer in His word, if He be lifted up he will draw.....and her living shall not be in vain.
