So we can rid limited beliefs, fears & unleash our inner feminine power. The woman we desire. To go on to have the birth we desire. You must own it. Own the feelings you want to rid.

But, I’m all about simplifying my life as we get closer to baby arriving. And, all about things being simple for you. I know I’m the authority in my industry, I know what I can offer you. You see that through all the socials I’m on, podcast I have. Why make things more difficult? This coincides with this episode. A doula who focuses on pregnancy after loss

Birth is the extension of sex

Hi, everyone! Welcome back to The Pure Doula Podcast. I’m your host, Kathryn.

On this week’s episode, I chat about a major download I had. I get these usually late at night as I’m falling asleep. This one just makes so much sense. I chat about sex & birth. How they go hand in hand. I mean, duh, but in a way that I never thought of before. Maybe you haven’t either! It really brought me a lot of clarity around how to properly support birth. I shared this with some women I support & it blew their mind! This is a must listen & a must share.

But first, a little life update because we are forever grateful. God always provides. My husband was in a bad car accident about a month ago. Someone hit him & totaled the car. By the grace of God, our daughter stayed home with me that day as he ran errands. He usually takes her with him. And he walked away with zero injuries. He was truly protected. We are so grateful for that. As someone who despises car shopping, I wasn’t sure what we should do. But, my longtime friend and her boyfriend have a car business where they get amazing discounts on brand new cars, handle all the paperwork & deliver the car to you. She said she could help us & get us into a brand new car that’s safe for our family. So we pulled the trigger! We are sooo pumped! We got a 2024 Mazda CX-30 which is a crossover and the perfect size for our growing family. I’m sharing because God always has a plan. We felt like the car accident really set us back but God made it an upgrade. So, remember. It may seem like a set back, but it’s just God setting you up for an upgrade. It’s all about surrendering. Trusting. Believing & receiving.

Alignment equals safety

How hiring a doula, just any doula-just to have a doula-is a disservice to you & her. Not having the same beliefs, same vibes, can make you feel unsafe & stall labor.
