In this episode I discuss the real reason behind education with my friend Oliver Morada who's a fellow educator. We discuss some of the history behind education and the struggles that come along with its not so modern structure. Oliver identifies the importance of self discovery and the need to personalize learning for students. We discover that with certain professions, such as doctors, they are able to identify an individuals needs. Why then when it comes to education does it seem like there's no room to identify and personalize what each student needs?
