We're at a special time right now with the start of not only a new year but a new decade, and many people are talking about setting goals. Goals are important and they have their place, coming from the masculine and from the head. In contrast, desires come from the heart, from the feminine. In today's episode I'm comparing and contrasting goals and desires and how they're related, and the importance of identifying our own desires on our way to truly being a goddess on purpose.

Looking back at 2019, here are some major takeaways that I learned about desires:

• Trust your heart-knowing.
• Believe in yourself.
• It may make no sense, but it's always right.
• Never give up.
• Get support from experts.
• Lean into your sisterhood.
