Around two years ago I had one of the happiest and one of the most unhappy times in my life. After several years of a challenging fertility journey we finally learned we were pregnant, and several weeks later we learned that we had our second miscarriage. Even with my background in positive psychology, even as I coached women to go after their dreams and live a life filled with purpose and happiness, I was struggling mightily. Fortunately, I have a number of tools at my disposal that helped me get through this terrible time, and in today's episode I share some of these tools with you.
