I take a look at the film "The Pursuit of Happyness" and discuss how some of the circumstances Chris Gardner faces, can relate to what we may be experiencing during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

I also ask the following questions: What is your purpose during this time of restriction and hardship? How are you working on you in pursuit of your purpose? I encourage you to use this time to self-reflect, so that when this is over, you come out of it with a new perspective on life.
