Deep into the lockdown TheNineToFivers explore how they are coping  after so many weeks. Many people are stuggling to keep up with the rules but when the Government official themselves are floundering the rules it does not set the best example. It is only a matter of time however before the elephant in the room is brought up. In a heavy episode following the public execution of George Floyd and the emergence of various instances of injustice the question is brough up about what exactly can be done about racism. Is it here to stay? Or are things improving? It is discussed whether positions of power will help and whether the relationship with the police can ever be prepared. What is the best way to combat it? Systemic reforms, rioting, representation or a combination of these things? As these topics are discussed it develops into a discussion of whether you could be pro-black and interracial date or marry. TheNineToFivers share their views of the controversial topic and listen to their views of their audience members who stem from a variety of background. Naturally  this leads into a discussion on how piviotal it is for people of other racesto become true allies of the cause and continually use their voices and privileges to fight for equality. Lastly as the topic remains on equality, the question arises of how far people would be willing to go for gender equality in the work environment. Within the last year or so there have been high profile inquiries which have lead to male colleagues docking their own pay in order to have women on a level playing field. Do their high salaries make this easier or is this something the common man can and should do?
