Julie Ann earned a BA in Psychology and has deliberately learned about human behavior every day since she was 18. She went on to graduate with an MBA in Accounting, earning the designation of CPA and spending decades involved with business functionality. These experiences have given Julie Ann a unique perspective of business. As the founder of Learning Never Ends, she is a speaker, leadership coach, trainer and international best-selling author. Her sixth book is titled, Catalysts of Culture – How Visionary Leaders Activate the Employee Experience.

As the host of the Businesses that Care podcast, she has had the privilege of interviewing over 60 C-Suite leaders on their ability to create and sustain award-winning business cultures.

When she is not speaking, coaching or podcasting, Julie Ann lives in Pittsburgh with her wonder dog, Joy.
