This week I interview The Queen of Shine, Jill Wright.  At twenty years old Jill started her shoeshine business, and in short order had built it into a multi-million dollar enterprise with stands in the busiest airports around the country.  When the pandemic hit and world travel slowed to a trickle, her business suffered a huge blow and she was forced to reassess the direction of both her life and business.   Jill shares her business philosophy and how it guides her in her personal life as well as business.
