  • Caution: if your podcast title has the word "Entrepreneur" in it, you might get a legal threat from Entrepreneur Magazine, who has a trademark (number 5256907) on the word "entrepreneur" for podcasting. It's been suing domain-name owners for some time; and has already threatened a podcaster with legal action.

    • There's a new podcast recording studio in Sheffield, UK, run at Rebel Base Media's headquarters. (The writeup says it's free for a limited time.)
