You may have experienced Imposter Syndrome. Feeling as though you aren't as capable as others, or that your achievements are simply down to chance is actually a very common phenomenon. But what can we do about it? How can we prevent it from infiltrating our self-belief and impacting on our mental well-being? In this episode, Claire and Sue explore the different types of imposter syndrome and ways to work with ourselves in order to reduce and prevent it from taking over.
