This episode is one I’ve been waiting to share - not because I was hiding, but because I wanted to speak from a grounded place. I kept waking up with a full-body knowing that it was finally time to share the rest of my story… and let whatever needed to come through, come through.

For the last eight weeks, I’ve been moving through the deepest grief, the biggest triggers, and one of the most profound personal rebirths of my life.
