With a passion for entrepreneurship, Winston Templet and his wife started their own business in 1992, growing it to a successful enterprise with 72 employees. In 2019, they sold the business and since then, have been actively investing in real estate, including single-family homes, multi-family properties, warehousing, commercial buildings, land development, and new construction projects.
