That is an extreme amount of money even for what is the biggest sports betting event of the year. Although it seems all in good fun, some people really should not be choosing to make such bets. In fact, "39% of bettors are under the age of 35" (Birches Health par 4). That is a very young age to develop these habits especially when most Americans under 35 are weighed heavily by debt.
