We have seen Jesse Lingard on Manchester United's bench, and we have seen him at West ham getting the team to the top four spots in the Premier league. He is a player with potential and has a lot to offer. And just recently, Lingard revealed that he had a drinking problem or a habit of alcohol. He was so depressed without the game time at Manchester United that he was willing to leave the premier league altogether. Due to the heavy online criticism and abuse that is all so familiar to the modern-day footballer, Lingard didn't want to leave his house for fear of being recognized. It got so bad that he even considered a transfer to China or Saudi Arabia, far away from the spotlight and scrutiny.
