The trigger led me to the insights I have personally experienced and the many clients that have come to me about this very subject. There was a time I did not understand why this happens to so many of us, and it stems on how many of our parents and us, raised their children while on drugs or under any type of fear-based mindsets that created manipulative and controlling environment.
