I’m pleased to announce that @therealitychange will be starting a new series - Facing your giants & doing the inner work.
As individuals, in order for us to grow we must face ourselves. We call this shadow working, digging deep to understand and experience the fullness of unconditional love. At times, we choose to run/avoid the part of ourselves which makes us vulnerable, however, until we do, real growth can never occur.
On this episode i was joined by Chantal, a Social work students to discuss this deep topic of doing your inner work and facing you giants.
In this episode I was joined by Alfred Z, to discuss how our thoughts and feelings create and attract to us the circumstances in our lives.
Simply put, the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on.
It is believed that regardless of age, nationality, or religious belief, we are all susceptible to the laws which govern the Universe, including the Law of Attraction. It is the Law of Attraction that uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality.
Many of us face social, cultural, and family expectation, many of which do not comply with our hearts desires, prompting us to challenge them.
When we contradict expectations, tensions often rises; nevertheless, this pressure has the potential to produce a beautiful outcome.
On this episode, I was joined by Athina Pascoe-bell to discuss some of the expectations we have faced and have chosen to challenge.
Tune in
The memory of the past was never for condemnation or shame but to help others.
There are often many attempts one goes through in trying to run away from their past. However, when we change the way we look at the past, it changes the whole picture.
Tune in as we dig deep into this topic.
Sometimes the feeling that no one supports you or your vision can cause you to become paralyeded. It could stop you dead in your tracks and impede your progress, it could cause you to postpone your dreams.
Many of us could have experienced this in the early stages of our lives. As children, we dreamt big and let our imaginations run wild. But we also thought about all of the things we wanted to become and achieve when we grew up. There were most likely people who supported you and encouraged you to follow your dreams, but there may have also been people who put an end to your ambitions before they even truly began. So, when our visions aren’t supported as adults, we are sometimes reminded of that time as a child when our dreams were crushed, and it becomes that much harder to fight for your vision.
Tune in as we dig deep into this topic and discuss ways you can pursue your vision.
