The tired society

The reality of A-levels + a chronic illness

Listen Later

Today I’m brutally honest about how I’ve been finding A-levels as someone with a chronic illness. It’s been really hard and I wanted to share some of my struggles incase anyone out there feels alone in what they’re going through. For anyone who doesn’t know what A-levels are they’re one of the education paths you can take in Britain between the ages of 16-18 and they give you grades to get jobs and to get into uni. They’re very full on and stressful and not easy to manage on a full timetable when you have a body which isn’t well enough for that.
