For the pilot episode of Vaughnerable, it was only fitting to share what it's really like to be on the nation's biggest reality television dating show. Abigail Heringer (@abigail_heringer), a close friend and former castmate, joins me to speak her truth and shed light on the long term effects of being on The Bachelor.

Abby and I chat about how naive we were when applying for the show, our favorite and least favorite fan interactions, regrets, and she even addresses a nasty bachelor nation rumor that she's never spoken on before.
