In 1995 The Utah Attorney General's Office provided a report on the realities of Child Sexual Abuse and Ritual Abuse. In 2020, this report is being cited by academics and professionals as stating the literal opposite of what it actual says, effectively gaslighting and silencing real victims. Are these professionals dishonest, incompetent, or do they have evil intentions and what can we learn today from a report from 1995? Perhaps everything.
