Josh and Casey are joined by licensed clinical professional counselor, David Gray. Starting off, the guys ask David about his practice before discussing the reality of the current stresses and pressure young men are facing, especially in comparison to the old generations. They discuss things such as employment and social media. Next, Josh asks about neurodivergence issues like Asperger's and how it can greatly hinder young men's social lives. A question is posed of whether or not there is an over diagnosis issue happening which, causes Casey to bring up the use of Xanax and Adderall in young men. Moving on, Josh brings up the new studies debunking serotonin's link to depression including SSRI's before Casey asks David's opinion on psychedelic therapy. To wrap up, the guys discuss hypnotherapy, how David responds to critics of therapy and his own personal use of an outside therapist.
