The Reasons Why You’re Not Consistent

We talk a lot about the importance of being consistent with activities that move the needle towards your goals.  And I n principle it sounds great.  The reality however can be very different. 

There every reason there are continual reminders about consistency is because we generally have a hard time staying consistent. 

Why?

Three reasons:
1. Intimidation/Overwhelm - the scope or the goal or undertaking is too much to fathom 
2. Doubt in the Strategy or Outcome - not believing that a goal is realistically attainable or a strategy viable
3. Lack of Belief in Self - thinking one is not capable, good enough, or worthy of achievement
