In this episode of The Women's Pelvic Health Podcast, I am joined by Melissa Garson, a Certified Life Coach with a masters in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Positive psychology is the science of happiness and human flourishing.
Melissa is also the author of “The Recipe For Real Happiness”, where she shares the tools you need to strengthen your mental muscle and put yourself in the drivers seat of your life. In addition, she has a ted talk called "In The Moment in Under a Minute."
Melissa shares with us the four main ingredients for happiness and ways in which we can start incorporating them into our own life, in order to learn how we can be more mindful, present, grateful and optimistic in the face of adversity.
