Welcome back and happy new year, 2022 was one for the books, so much pain confusion so much death, and depressive spirits were at an all-time high for me. Definitely, a year of vulnerability, self-reflection honesty, and overcoming. I made some tough decisions, furthered my meditation fell more in love with who I am as a human being and grew confident through pain. It's been like the wild wild west in my head for so long and this year I was able to silence a few of my traumas hopefully they are dead and gone for good but I am prepared if they aren’t. with this mental health struggle things change so often one minute you’re good next you’re not. And I'm ok with that because it's life.
