After the masterclass from City and Liverpool at the weekend we weren’t sure if the spectacle of the Champions League would be able to live up to its billing. But did it ever! Chelsea and Real Madrid treated us to an incredible display of football over 120 minutes. (And Villareal managed the seemingly impossible in Munich). But what does the result mean for Chelsea as the home stretch approaches? The FA Cup offers a quick chance to find out this weekend.

The storms of uncertainty continue to swirl around Manchester United, but there may be a ray of sunshine breaking through one of their most pressing issues. Is EtH the man to turn things around, or will he simply be the next victim of the general malaise that has been hanging over the club for months? Especially when ownership continues to make controversial decisions like offering an out-of-favor player a massive contract?
