Happy BIG SHOW Wednesday! We’ve reached the home stretch. But there’s still plenty to discuss. Mainly, tomorrow’s showdown between the Reds and the Blues of our respective clubs.

Chelsea FC has had a mixed bag recently. They’ve made it to the FA Cup Final after their choppy win over Palace. But that was followed by an exciting but ultimately disappointing London derby with Arsenal and a tepid performance against West Ham that was only saved by Captain America. They face the return of Frank on Sunday, but before then they must dust themselves down and await the giant question mark that currently is Manchester United.

With the confirmation of Erik ten Hag, United have gotten their man for the future. But today’s reality is that they are languishing in 6th place, 6 points off the Top 4, and are running out of games to save their Champions League hopes. Having the dejected but still current holders of the Big Ear trophy rocking up to the Theater of Dreams amidst the current United locker room turmoil may not be what they were looking for. And Brentford, up next after on Monday, cannot be taken lightly either. The expectations surrounding this game are not what either team was hoping for just a few months ago.

Finally, we’ll continue our look into the World Cup groups, with Group C of Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and Poland.
