Hello again, Red and Blue fans! The international break is in full swing with a massive slate of games around the world. Most importantly, our American lads have been in action twice since we last spoke, and they have 2 more coming up. The lineups have been encouraging, and it seems GGG may finally be whittling things down to a decisive group as thoughts turn toward World Cup preparations.

We promised more than we delivered last time, so we’ll finally be continuing our review of the World Cup 2022 matchups. Tonight, we check out Group E: Spain, Germany, Japan, Costa Rica / New Zealand. Is this the “group of death”? And have any friendlies or Nations League matchups changed our previous opinions?
