This episode uses examines the Redfern Inquiry.

The Redfern Inquiry investigated the removal and analysis of organs from deceased nuclear workers in the UK between 1961 and 1992, and examined the legal and ethical problems with it. It is often considered alongside the tissue sampling of Miners and presumptions of consent with may have gone beyond the deceased and the family's wishes.
