In this episode, we traveled to The Redneck BBQ Lab in Benson, North Carolina. They have great North Carolina BBQ and hot dogs down to a science. The Lab boiled us up some Bright Leaf Hot Dogs and topped them off with mustard, homemade chili, and slaw. It was a delicious hot dog that would make his mama very proud! How are the hot dogs cooked?
