Helenna joins Henry to talk about following her dream and the decisions she had to make to get there. They chat about dreams and how even when they are squandered by circumstances out of our control, they are like an everlasting flame, never letting life fully extinguish them.

Finally, Helenna remembers how by complete accident she avoided a terrible outbreak of Covid-19 abroad and, like so many others, the pandemic sent her on a completely new trajectory, leaving that old life behind.

This was a fun episode, and whilst full of laughs, at its core was the sad realisation that sometimes an impenetrable roadblock is placed on our dreams and we have no choice but to turn around.
