Try It On: Return to Yourself

The Regulation Is In The Being

Listen Later

When was the last time you ate lunch without your phone? Went to the bathroom without scrolling? Sat in a room — just sat — without reaching for stimulation?

We are a culture that cannot stop doing. And somewhere along the way we started believing that doing is the same thing as being safe.

It’s not.

In this talk I share something I’ve been sitting with — my own pattern with my business, this belief that it won’t thrive unless I’m constantly posting, constantly producing, constantly proving. And what’s been shifting as I slow down and remember, with unwavering certainty, that whatever I’m doing in this moment is the most important thing. That the universe is never making mistakes. That I am exactly where I’m meant to be.

I also talk about my daughter. She’s ten. And when we’re outside, she gets completely lost in her own world — singing, noticing, imagining. Send a child outside with nothing and they’ll play for hours. Not because they’re bored into it. Because that’s what a regulated nervous system does when it’s not being told what to produce.

This talk is about where intuition, creativity, and abundance actually live — not in the hustle, in the space. And a small invitation: honoring the moments you’re looking to disconnect, and the moments you’re looking to truly connect — to yourself.

Full talk is live below. 🌿

✨ If stillness feels unsafe in your body — if slowing down makes you feel like you’ll fall behind — that is not laziness. That’s a nervous system story. Let It Go was built to release exactly that.
