Coming up, (for the forthcoming weeks- the last days of summer and summer content)
All Subscribers:
The Sicc Palette Summer 6 Pack podcast episode- featuring the six wines I’d feature in our metaphorical cooler.
Another review/drink series is starting on indigenous drinks around the world, I’m really excited about weaving these episodes in between wine based episodes, another chapter in the strange world of fine dining- available to all subscribers.
In my very biased opinion: the best way to build a tomato sandwich/wine pairing feature.
Bonus Content for Paid Subscribers:
Wild Fermentation newsletter featuring THE Pizza Wave Recipe
Jaggery/Palm Sugar/Cane Sugar newsletter featuring this Jaggery Vanilla Bean & Cachaça Syrup and a South Indian style Canelé Cake.
A very special TV review podcast on “The Bear”.
The next Day Parties newsletter.
