Action Comics #687 is the Last Son of Krypton really Superman? I dunno, he seems kinda mean.

Superman: The Man of Steel #22 maybe John Henry Irons AKA Henry Johnson AKA Steel is Superman returned? Probably not.

Superman #78 or perhaps Cyborg Superman is Superman returned from the future like a Terminator, he'll be back!

Adventures of Superman #501 but we do know the Metropolis Kid, "Don't Call Him Superboy," is the clone of Superman with some extra mixed in!
