...so basically I wanted to reintroduce the blackPERL podcast bay further explaining the ideology behind the concept and the sole purpose of BP Weekly. I felt the first episode didnt really give a good explanation and so I wanted to at the least, re-explain it more clearly and more thoroughly. STAY TUNED...

"Speak on it" is an African American opinioned talk show hosted by author and debater La'Vez A. Real1. This podcast discusses the most recent current events, while giving an enthusiastically witty and educated opinion as to how these events, and circumstances as irrelevant and indirect as they may appear, will, in one way or another, directly affect the well-being and livelihood of all people of color. "Speak on it" is a way for myelinated people to stay aware of what's going on around the world without having to turn on the TV only to hear the watered-down version of the news.
