"How does sex and gender play into our relationships? Are men and women really that different?'
In today's episode, I had the privilege of interviewing John Gray, author of the bestselling book Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. His book is one of the best selling texts of all time and 90s sensation - with a recent revival this year. He shared with me some of his (often somewhat controversial) views on biology, sex and how it plays out into our gender dynamics. Like, why is that women need respect more than men? And how can you create more sexual tension in a long term relationship? Whilst I had to bite my lip a little bit in this episode, some of the facts he shared shed a lot of light on why we do what we do in our relationships!

It's so lovely to meet you, John! Your books, discovered way back when I was a teenager, truly influenced my desire to specialize in gender dynamics and pursue my current profession. This exploration of gender equality and societal perceptions in your work has profoundly shaped my understanding of psychology and cultural expectations. This exciting conversation sheds light on why we act the way we do, especially concerning our career paths and relationships!
