hey friends!

in this podcast episode, i speak a little bit about the remainder of Virgo energy, and venus whom is now in Scorpio.

really quickly though, something i really wanted to share and i forgot to mention in the podcast episode-- 

whereas in Leo season, we work to validate ourselves and our creation, in Virgo season, we are given opportunity to validate OUR EFFORTS. for example, with children, we tend to find ourselves in positions of validating their efforts, when they make the effort to do anything- sing the ABCS, wash their hands, wipe their own hands and face, count numbers, paint pictures etc. regardless of their result. I feel really moved to share how important this is, also to apply to ourselves in our own processes. to validate ourselves when we try may help invoke more feelings of hope, self-worth/self-empathy/self-love, and confidence.
