What is up everyone! I hope you all are having a good run at it today. First and foremost I just want to take a second and thank absolutely everyone who is giving my site and podcast a visit.  If you haven't seen the site yet...it is www.respectfullyselfish.com.  I am beyond stoked to be able to act as a resource for anyone who is straight up...not having a good time. Lets start the change in mindset together and see what kind of support system we can create. My goal is simple... help as many people as I can by helping them build a base of how to help themselves.
