If you look around in society, there's a lot of blame being spread around for their problems. 

People blame the media. 

They blame their spouses. 

They blame their employees, or employers.

They blame their genetics on their family.

They blame everyone except for themselves. 

The best way to combat blame is to stand up and be responsible. 

People who like to blame are not willing to issue the response necessary to solve a problem or provide a solution. 

This is why it's important to decide if you give or take responsibility.  

When you take responsibility, you remove someone else's ability to find power in blaming.  

When you take responsibility, you are telling the world you are in charge and willing to do whatever it takes to assume the power of the weight that comes with being a leader. 

But first, you have to decide if you give a sh#t to give or take responsibility.
