Join us for our first Rest of the Sermon dive into our new series, The Bible Doesn't Say That! "God will never give you more than you can handle." "Cleanliness is next to godliness." "________ happened because you didn't enough faith." Many of us have heard quaint sayings that are attributed to the Bible, however, upon a simple inspection of the scriptures we can find that the Bible doesn't actually say these things. But before we should analyze what the Bible does and doesn't say, we first need to agree on two things: 1) How we approach the Bible, 2) What the Bible is.
