On the plate: Elbow Room Chef’s Eric Rodriguez and Nick McCoy plate up a delicious King Crab and a Ponzu Chilean Seabass. The meal was paired with a bottle of Frizzante from David Arthur Vineyards alongside Mike & Dave’s favorite Sauvignon Blanc from Peter Michael Winery in Calistoga.
