Mike Shirinian and Dave Fansler are back at the big table with their Wine tasting tips and Emeril’s restaurant and Mike’s field trip to the Pebble Beach Wine & Food Festival.   

On the plate: From Pismo’s Coastal Grill, Chef Michael Vernon plates up a Japanese Sea Scallops is served. The meal was paired with a bottle of Bacon Beurre Blanc from Pismo's.
